Notice for parents

A parent reads this before adding their children to Oasis Kids, and agrees to it. It is the notice the parent area shows and emails.

Draft. This notice is waiting for our approval and a lawyer's review. It is not in force yet.

What we keep about your children, and why

Oasis Kids is made for Muslim families. Using it can show that your family is Muslim, so we treat everything we keep about your family as sensitive.

When you add a child, we keep: the first name or nickname you choose, a picture from our set, and their school year. While they play, we keep what they played, their answers, and how their skills grow.

Skill scoring. Oasis Kids works out your child's skills from normal play, to choose the next level and to show you their progress. It is not a test.

Play signals and feedback moments are on. Play signals show where your child got stuck; feedback moments ask now and then if they liked an activity. Both help choose activities your child enjoys. You can turn each one off for each child in their settings.

How long we keep it. Profiles, skills, and progress: while the profile exists. Play details and feedback answers: 12 months. When you delete a profile or the account, it leaves our servers within 30 days and our backups within 35 days.

Who sees it. You, and the carers you invite. We give your children's data to no other company. The companies that host our servers and send our emails work only for us. Nothing about your children goes to Apple, Google, or Paddle.

Your choices. In the parent area you can see each child's data, download it, change it, and delete it. Taking back your consent means deleting a child's profile or the whole account.
