Refunds
How a refund works depends on where you bought your subscription.
The free day
The free day needs no card and takes no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
Bought on our website
Paddle is the merchant of record for web purchases: it takes the payment as the seller. Your receipts are on Paddle's page for your subscription.
- Your 14-day right to cancel. You can cancel within 14 days of your first subscription purchase on our website and get a full refund, even if your family has already played. We never ask you to give up this right. Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and we arrange the refund with Paddle.
- Two subscriptions by mistake. If your family has two subscriptions at the same time, the Subscription page in the parent area shows both, and you can cancel and refund the second one there.
- Any other refund. Refunds beyond these are at our discretion. Email [email protected] and tell us what happened.
- Part of a period. If you cancel, every game stays open to the end of the period you paid for. After the first 14 days, money back for part of a period is a refund at our discretion.
- Deleting your account. This cancels a subscription bought on our website. Within the first 14 days, your right to a full refund still stands. After that, a refund is at our discretion.
Bought in the iPhone or iPad app
Apple holds this subscription, and Apple handles its refunds. To ask for one, use Apple's "Report a problem" page. We cannot refund a payment taken by Apple.
On Android
The Android app sells nothing. If you subscribed on our website, the website section above applies.
If something is wrong
The law gives you rights as a consumer, and nothing on this page takes them away. If something is wrong with Oasis Kids, tell us, and we will put it right as the law requires.
Email [email protected], or use Tell us in the parent area.
